After months of time off due to the Covid 19 pandemic, MLS recently announced its plan to bring the league back in the coming future. Step one was to begin training sessions under strict social distancing guidelines. Yesterday, multiple clubs including Atlanta United, Inter Miami, Orlando City and Sporting KC.
After receiving the go ahead from the city of Los Angeles and Mayor Eric Garcetti, LAFC are returning to the pitch today.
According to ESPN Deportes, LAFC will separate the field into 4 separate areas, to accommodate for 4 players at a time on the one field at the performance center at CAL State LA.
Under the MLS guidelines, players will arrive at their different, scheduled times. Once they arrive, they will park their vehicle and take their equipment with them. They will have to fill out forms, have their temperature taken and wash their hands.
